The fine print

PixiBricks™ Order Policy

PixiBricks™ is a tiny, handmade, queer-affirming, friendly creative space. Please read these policies before ordering. By continuing, you agree to honor this space with kindness and respect.

1. Handmade Nature

Every PixiBricks™ is prepared by hand, one tiny block at a time. Small differences in texture, color, and style are part of the charm and not defects.

2. Custom Design: Preview and Approval Before Production

You will receive a layout preview before production. Once approved, major changes cannot be made.

3. No Refunds on Personalized Orders

All personalized orders are non-refundable. "Not what I imagined" does not qualify for refunds since custom builds cannot be resold.

4. Satisfaction Adjustments

Once you have approved the design, any further changes require a new order.

5. Respect Clause

Rude, hostile, mocking, or disrespectful communication will result in cancellation of the order with no refund. This is a mentally safe space.

6. Production Time

7. Payment Policy

Payment is via GCash only. Pay upfront. No payment, no production. All sales are final. No cancellations.

8. Mutual Respect and Emotional Safety

No shaming. No harassment. No hostility. I promise kindness and expect kindness back.

9. Shipping Policy

Once your order is handed to the courier, PixiBricks™ is no longer responsible for delays or lost packages. We will provide a tracking number, and all shipping concerns should be coordinated directly with the courier.

10. Damaged or Incomplete Kits

If your kit arrives damaged or with missing pieces, send us a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

11. Sharing Policy

Finished pieces may be shared on PixiBricks™ social media unless you request otherwise in your order notes or message us before your order ships.
