PixiBricks™ Order Policy

PixiBricks™ is a tiny, handmade, queer-affirming, friendly creative space. Please read these policies before ordering. By continuing, you agree to honor this space with kindness and respect.

1. Handmade Nature

Every PixiBricks™ is prepared by hand, one tiny block at a time. Small differences in texture, color, and style are part of the charm and not defects.

2. Limited Stock and Availability

Pre-designed kits are handmade in very limited quantities and can sell out. Placing an order does not guarantee stock. We will confirm your order within 24 hours of payment, and if your chosen design is no longer available you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

3. Custom Design: Preview and Approval Before Production

You will receive a layout preview before production. Once approved, major changes cannot be made.

4. No Refunds on Personalized Orders

All personalized orders are non-refundable. "Not what I imagined" does not qualify for refunds since custom builds cannot be resold.

5. Satisfaction Adjustments

Once you have approved the design, any further changes require a new order.

6. Respect Clause

Rude, hostile, mocking, or disrespectful communication will result in cancellation of the order with no refund. This is a mentally safe space.

7. Production Time

8. Payment Policy

Payment is via GCash only. Pay upfront. No payment, no production. Apart from the limited-stock refund above, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

9. Mutual Respect and Emotional Safety

No shaming. No harassment. No hostility. I promise kindness and expect kindness back.

10. Shipping Policy

Once your order is handed to the courier, PixiBricks™ is no longer responsible for delays or lost packages. We will provide a tracking number, and all shipping concerns should be coordinated directly with the courier.

11. Damaged or Incomplete Kits

If your kit arrives damaged or with missing pieces, send us a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

12. Sharing Policy

Finished pieces may be shared on PixiBricks™ social media unless you request otherwise in your order notes or message us before your order ships.

Every kit comes with everything you need to build and display: an 8.8 x 8.8 cm baseplate, all the microbricks for your design, a printed pattern guide, a cardboard display stand, a magnet, and tweezers to make placing the tiny pieces easy. No extra tools required. Just open the box and start building.
PixiBricks kits are recommended for ages 8 and up. The microbricks are very small, so younger builders should have an adult nearby. They're a calm, screen-free hobby that kids, teens, and grown-ups all enjoy. Great for focus, patience, and a satisfying little win.
Open our Custom Pixel Art Builder and pick how you want to create. Draw from Scratch lets you paint your design directly onto a blank 20×20 grid. Bitmap Converter turns a photo into pixel art with 8-bit retro dither filters. Trace Mode lets you trace over your own photo right on the canvas. When you're happy, save your pixel art, place your order, and send us the design. We turn it into a kit with the exact bricks needed to build it. Prefer us to do the design work? Choose "We design it for you" on the Make Your Own page and we'll create the pixel art from your photo, then send a preview for your approval before we build.
